The additional 4G quota can be checked by accessing *888# or via MyTelkomsel app.To get the additional 4G quota, you are required to top up your credit first. You will not get the additional 4G quota if your card is within the grace period.You will be charged with Rp10 when migrating to 4G SIM card for the first time to get the additional 4G quota.The additional 4G quota is valid for 1 month.The additional 4G quota applies to prepaid customers.Customers who are eligible to get an additional 4G quota of 15GB for 3 days are customers whose SIM card has been active for more than 3 months with a total usage of less than Rp100,000 and have upgrade their non-4G SIM card to a 4G SIM card.
